GENERAL SUMMARY
The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating cakes, ensuring high
standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. This role requires creativity, precision, and
attention to detail in cream work, cake decoration, and recipe execution. The Pastry Chef
contributes to the overall success of the kitchen by maintaining product quality, following
hygiene and safety standards, and supporting menu innovation.
