About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Calibration Engineer with hands-on experience in the calibration of Electrical, Pressure, Mass, Torque, Flow meters, Temperature, and Dimensional instruments. The ideal candidate shall have a good experienced in ISO/IEC 17025 standards and capable of performing, analyzing, and documenting calibration results in compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Responsibilities

Perform calibration of a wide range of instruments, including:

Electrical: Multimeters, Clamp meters, Power supplies, High Voltage, Energy Meter, etc.

Pressure: Gauges, Transmitters, Digital Pressure Indicators, etc.

Mass: Weights, Balances, Load Cells, Crans, etc.
-
Torque: Torque Wrenches, Transducers, Torque Screwdrivers, etc.
-
Flow: Flow Meters, Flow Controllers, etc.
-
Temperature: RTDs, Thermocouples, Thermometers, Dry Blocks, Transmitters etc.
-
Dimensional: Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Indicators, etc.

Ensure all calibration activities are performed in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 quality standards.

Generate and review calibration certificates, data sheets, and reports with traceability to national/international standards.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and verify proper operation of calibration equipment and standards.

Support internal and external audits, including customer audits and accreditation assessments.

Participate in measurement uncertainty analysis, proficiency testing, and inter-laboratory comparisons.

Maintain calibration schedules and equipment history records in the lab management system.

Assist in development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Provide technical support and training to junior technicians or team members when necessary.

Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of calibration experience in a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.

Strong understanding of metrology principles, calibration standards, and equipment.

Strong understanding of measurement uncertainty, traceability, and calibration interval determination.

Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills
