Call Agent-Customer Support

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or chat support
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow communication scripts and company policies
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.

Timings: 5:00 PM Till 2:00AM
LOCATION: Bahria town-Lahore.
Salary: Up to Rs. 80,000.
NIGHT SHIFT.
