DME Calling Agent will be responsible for contacting patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to facilitate the distribution and authorization of durable medical equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to patients to confirm their needs for durable medical equipment.
  • Contact healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation and authorizations.
  • Verify insurance information and discuss coverage details with patients and insurance companies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of durable medical equipment and related insurance processes is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in the US time zone.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

7:00pm - 3:00am
