Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer consultation and support through telephone, online systems, and other channels.
- Answer customer questions, handle complaints and suggestions.
- Accurately record customer information and service content.
- Assist in improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent service awareness and patience.
- Familiar with basic computer operations (such as Office, typing, etc.).
- No prior customer service or call center experience is required.
