Job Opening: Call Center Customer Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer consultation and support through telephone, online systems, and other channels.
  • Answer customer questions, handle complaints and suggestions.
  • Accurately record customer information and service content.
  • Assist in improving customer satisfaction and service quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent service awareness and patience.
  • Familiar with basic computer operations (such as Office, typing, etc.).
  • No prior customer service or call center experience is required.
