Job Vacancy: Call Center Employee – Sales Department

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Call Center Employee to join our Sales Team, working in a professional and motivating environment.

Job Duties:

• Communicate with existing and new clients over the phone.
• Present offers and services in a professional and attractive manner.
• Achieve sales targets set by management.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or call center.
• A driver’s license is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using computers and office applications (Excel – Word).
• Commitment and dedication to achieving targets.
• Age between 22 – 30 years.
