Job Summary

Takle Eye Group is seeking a professional and dependable Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical office environment. This position plays a key role in providing outstanding patient service while efficiently managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Assist patients with questions, referrals, and appointment needs
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
• Handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality service
• Work closely with office staff and providers to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and team members

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong phone communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office environment
• Professional and friendly demeanor with patients and staff
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Experience with scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
• Attention to detail and accuracy when scheduling appointments and referrals
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Team-oriented with willingness to assist coworkers when needed
