Call Center Agent

NXP Tech is a rapidly growing IT company offering Web & E-Commerce Solutions, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and IT Support Services. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Call Center Agents to handle outbound calls and represent our company’s services professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.
• Present and promote company services effectively.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate call records.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Confident, energetic, and motivated personality.
• Prior experience in call center or telemarketing preferred (Freshers can also apply).
• Comfortable with office-based work.
• Basic computer skills required.
