Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist - Voice Program, located in Karachi. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support via phone, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer complaints, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additionally, the specialist will aim to enhance the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong focus on enhancing Customer Experience
  • Relevant experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficiency in English


Job Specifications

  • O Levels/Intermediate or above
  • Excellent Written and Verbal English communication
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
