Sales Representative Intern (Night shift)

Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, your role is to engage with potential customers via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram messages, email, and phone calls, helping them with inquiries, promoting tours, making bookings, and closing sales. You’ll be the voice (and text) of Yellow Submarine Cayman — making customers feel welcomed, excited, and ready for an unforgettable adventure!

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound messages on social platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) in a timely and friendly manner

Make outbound and inbound phone calls to assist customers, answer questions, and secure bookings

Clearly explain tour details, pricing, availability, and promote current offers or packages

Follow up with interested leads and guide them through the booking process

Maintain booking records and update our internal systems accurately

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer experiences

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Handle basic customer service queries and escalate issues when necessary

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales process

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in tourism/hospitality)

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, and other messaging platforms professionally

Confident and polite phone etiquette

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Basic computer skills (Excel, booking tools, etc.)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic
