About Us

Zia Dental Care & Aesthetics is a leading dental clinic in Karachi, offering premium cosmetic and general dental treatments. We are looking for a female sales agent with excellent communication and persuasion skills to handle and convert all incoming social media and Google Ads leads into confirmed appointments and long-term patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all leads generated through social media, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Build strong rapport with potential patients and explain clinic services, treatments, and packages clearly.
• Maintain continuous and professional follow-ups with all leads until conversion into confirmed appointments.
• Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.
• Maintain and update the lead management system/CRM with accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and patient status.
• Coordinate with the front desk and dentists to ensure smooth scheduling of appointments.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional clinic image at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements (Female Candidates Only)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (BBA/Marketing/Communications or related field).
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, or healthcare customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills (fluent in English & Urdu).
• Confident personality with the ability to convince and close sales.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Prior experience in healthcare, dental, or cosmetic industry will be a strong advantage.
