Role Overview

The Chat-Based Outbound Sales Agent & Data Scraper plays a vital role in expanding Call Café’s clientele base by identifying, approaching, and building relationships with potential restaurants through chat-based communication platforms. In addition, this role is responsible for scraping, collecting, and maintaining restaurant data to generate strong and reliable leads for the Sales Team. By combining lead generation, digital outreach, and initial client engagement, this role directly contributes to Call Café’s growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Client Engagement

• Reach out to potential restaurant partners via chat-based platforms (WhatsApp, social media,instagram, facebook,linkedin, web chat, and email) on behalf of Call Café.
• Present Call Café’s suite of services (Inbound Order Taking, Social Media Management, Marketing Services, e-pos services, SEO services, internet package services, SMS marketing and Customer Support Solutions) in a persuasive, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Engage prospects with tailored communication that highlights how Call Café can add value to their restaurant operations and boost revenue.
• Build rapport with potential clients and set up follow-ups, demos, or meetings for the Sales Team.
• Maintain a record of all outreach conversations for tracking and future reference.

2. Data Scraping & Lead Generation

• Scrape and gather restaurant data from online sources, directories, food delivery platforms, and social media.
• Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and cleanliness of data collected (restaurant name, location, cuisine type, contact details, owners/managers info, etc.).
• Organize and update the sales database/CRM with verified leads to provide the Sales Team with actionable insights.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities for Call Café in untapped markets.

3. Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the Outbound Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on outreach efforts, responses received, and lead quality.
• Share insights with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine strategies and messaging.
• Track progress and measure effectiveness of chat-based campaigns against defined KPIs.

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally via chat and email.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to persuade, influence, and build rapport digitally.
• Proficiency in data scraping tools, techniques, and online research.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to verify, clean, and organize large datasets.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple leads simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory with relevant experience).
• Proven experience in lead generation, data scraping, or outbound sales.
• Familiarity with restaurant/food & beverage industry is a plus.
• Prior experience in chat-based sales or customer engagement via F/B & Instagram is highly desirable.

• Number of Sales per month.
• Conversion rate from chat-based outreach to qualified leads.
• Accuracy and quality of scraped data.
• Contribution to Sales Team’s monthly targets.
• Number of Generated leads for Our cold callers.
• Responsiveness and professionalism in client communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
