Senior Sales Associate – Design

Experts Communication is looking for a Senior Sales Associate-Design Sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in design sales, with strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills. This role requires expertise in client handling, business development, making calls, sales strategy, and project management.

Note: Experience in Design Sales is a must have.

Salary: 80,000 - 150,000 PKR (based on skills and experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report to senior management
• Make calls and promote the company’s services
• Build strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximize customer value
• Convert Bark-generated leads into sales
• Effectively address clients' needs with tailored design solutions
• Lead and mentor the sales team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end sales, preferably in web, design, and development
• Proven track record in design and development industry sales
• Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Strong time management and leadership skills
