About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Listing Agent to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new property listings, maintaining relationships with property owners, and ensuring all properties are effectively marketed and accurately presented to potential buyers or tenants.

Key Responsibilities1. Property Listing Acquisition

  • Proactively contact property owners to secure listings for sale or rent.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct property inspections to evaluate and assess market readiness.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and necessary preparations.

2. Market Research & Pricing

  • Conduct comparative market analysis to determine optimal listing prices.
  • Stay informed about real estate trends, property values, and local developments.
  • Provide property owners with professional pricing recommendations.

3. Marketing & Advertising

  • Prepare professional listing materials, including descriptions, photography, and property specifications.
  • List properties on real estate portals and company CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through digital campaigns, social media, and open houses.
  • Ensure listing accuracy, up-to-date pricing, and availability status.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors.
  • Provide timely feedback and regular updates to clients about their property listings.
  • Assist in negotiations between property owners and potential buyers/tenants.
  • Coordinate with legal and admin teams to ensure accurate documentation and agreements.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of listed properties and client interactions.
  • Generate reports on listing performance, lead conversions, and client follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with all Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in real estate sales, leasing, or property listing.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and online property portals.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Collaborate with other teams (leasing, sales, marketing) to close deals.

What we offer !

  • Base salary + commission is common. e.g. salary AED 3,500‑AED 5,000 + High commission Structure .

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
