Call Center Agent

Location: Korangi Industrial Area Karachi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, managing complaints, and ensuring excellent customer experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/messages in a professional manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Delivery, Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product knowledge and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all customer dealings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate or above with relevant experience.
  • Proven work experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings if required.
