Job Summary: We are looking for a patient coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented approach. This is a back-office role supporting the sales and client relations function of our clinic. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and takes initiative to ensure clients receive an exceptional experience from the first call to post-appointment follow-up.


Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, or email in a polite and professional manner.

• Book and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth daily scheduling.

• Provide accurate information about available services (focused on aesthetic treatments).

• Promote and sell services/products over the phone when appropriate (commission structure).

• Maintain client records and update internal systems.

• Proactively follow up with clients to confirm bookings, gather feedback, and encourage repeat visits.

• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure a seamless client experience.


Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service or coordination.

• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or wellness center is a strong advantage.

• Previous exposure to aesthetic or cosmetic clinics is a big plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
