Job Summary:
The Call Center Officer / Patient Coordinator cum Sales Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring an excellent patient experience throughout their journey — from the first inquiry to post-operative follow-up. This role combines patient coordination with sales responsibilities to promote the hospital’s plastic surgery services and ensure patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Patient Coordination:
- Patient Management: Welcome and guide patients through their entire treatment journey — from initial consultation to post-operative care.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule consultations, surgical procedures, and follow-up appointments.
- Patient Education: Provide patients with comprehensive information on procedures, pre-operative and post-operative care, and address any questions or concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and communication notes.
- Liaison: Serve as a link between patients, doctors, and hospital staff to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
Sales and Marketing:
- Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and follow up with potential patients through various channels (phone inquiries, social media, referrals, and campaigns).
- Consultation Assistance: Support doctors during initial consultations by providing patients with information and assisting in converting inquiries into procedures.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting hospital services effectively.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to design and execute promotional activities aimed at attracting new patients.
- Follow-ups: Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential patients to ensure conversion from inquiry to booking and surgery.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in patient coordination or sales within a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting.
- Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or aesthetic services preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Sales-driven with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures is an advantage.
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

- Problem-solving ability with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Team player capable of working effectively with medical, administrative, and marketing staff.
