Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent at Orient Biz Tech. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for customer service, satisfaction, support, and utilizing computer literacy skills to assist clients with inquiries and concerns on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Literacy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
