Call Center Agent

We are seeking energetic and confident Call Center Agents to join our SEO and Digital Marketing outbound campaign team. You will contact potential business clients, explain our digital marketing services, and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Present SEO and digital marketing services clearly and persuasively.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable marketing solutions.
• Schedule follow-ups and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in outbound sales or digital marketing campaigns preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, or online marketing.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay goal-focused.
