We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in the transportation industry, and be fluent in Arabic.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding transportation services, schedules, and pricing.
  • Process bookings and reservations for customers.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Fluent in Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
