Job Description

We are hiring Call Center Agents for Outbound Calls for a US-based company.

This role involves calling potential clients and promoting our Digital Marketing and SEO campaigns.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. If you have good communication skills and the confidence to speak with international clients, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in sales.

This is a strictly on-site night shift job.

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to international (US) clients

Promoting Digital Marketing & SEO services

Explaining campaigns clearly and confidently

Generating leads and transferring qualified prospects to the sales team

Maintaining call records and basic reporting

Meeting daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Good English communication skills

Confidence and basic convincing skills

Willingness to work in night shift

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Prior call center or outbound calling experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – PKR 120,000
