Job Description:

We are expanding our marketing department, and we have immediate openings in our Fort Lauderdale Call Center. We are looking for motivated, upbeat call center reps to offer our timeshare owners discounted vacations to our premier resorts! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! ABSOLUTELY NO COLD CALLING! We offer paid training, as well as the following:

- Full time shift working only 30 hours (Sun - Thurs 4pm to 10pm)

- Guaranteed base pay of $16 per hour, PLUS commission, PLUS bonuses

- Earned $250 sign on bonus!

- Weekly Pay

- No Cold Calling!

Responsibilities

• - Handle outbound calls made to owners with a direct approach
• - Send qualified owners to travel coordinators to be booked
• - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• - Must get all owners and their spouses on the line

Skills

• - Excellent Phone etiquette and communication abilities in English
• - Experience in Sales/Customer Service is preferred but not required
• - A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a tram-oriented environment.
