CALL CENTER AGENT

Experience: Previous experience as a Call Center Agent required.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain records and update CRM systems.
  • Requirements:
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD150.000 - KD230.000 per month
