Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services
• Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote special offers
• Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and technical support while demonstrating patience and professionalism
• Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products or service

Experience

• Prior call center experience or customer support roles that showcase your ability to manage high-volume interactions effectively
• Bilingual proficiency in English AND Spanish
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and typing speed for efficient record keeping
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills to navigate various software platforms seamlessly
• Demonstrated sales aptitude with a proactive approach to engaging clients and achieving targets
• Excellent communication skills paired with active listening abilities to understand customer needs fully
• Experience in outbound calling campaigns or client services environments is highly desirable

Pay: $720.00 - $750.00 per week
