Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently. This role offers an engaging environment where multilingual abilities and outbound calling experience are highly valued. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the frontline representative, providing exceptional client services and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.

Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and offering suitable solutions aligned with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using data entry skills within our CRM systems.
  • Promote products and services through effective sales techniques to meet individual and team targets.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall service quality.
  • Manage cash handling procedures accurately during transactions when applicable.

Skills

  • Multilingual proficiency with fluency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
  • Strong sales aptitude combined with exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • Bilingual abilities that facilitate communication with diverse client bases.
  • Proven experience in call center operations or customer support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening techniques.
  • Data entry accuracy coupled with analysis skills for assessing customer trends and feedback.
  • Outbound calling experience with a focus on client engagement and relationship building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
