Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently. Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and offering suitable solutions aligned with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using data entry skills within our CRM systems.
• Promote products and services through effective sales techniques to meet individual and team targets.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall service quality.
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately during transactions when applicable.

Skills

• Multilingual proficiency with fluency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
