Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Sharjah.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English and the ability to handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and operational coordination in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicles, shipping, contracts, and auction processes
• Follow up with customers and provide accurate updates
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
• Support daily call center operations and customer service activities
• Escalate urgent matters when necessary
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in call center or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory)
• Good computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Professional attitude and problem-solving ability
• UAE experience is an advantage
