Call Center Agent (ARABIC SPEAKER)

Position Title: Call Center Agent

Employment Type: Full Time.

Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in F & B industry

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Role:

· Manage all inbound calls/orders and inquires received through Delivery Platforms, Telephone call, E-mails, Website, Social media and other channels in a timely manner.

· Answer all inquiry from customers professionally and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns and ensure customer feels supported.

· Active in upselling skills by promoting/suggesting additional menu items.

· Process customer orders and assign to the relevant outlets.

· Coordinate with outlets for timely orders to ensure to send products on time to customers.

· Follow up with customers to ensure that they receive food & beverages as per the standards & expectations and report any concerns to supervisor as required.

· Identify any order delays or other relevant complaints and report to the supervisor.

· Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site applications & menu.

· Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

· De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers by helping and support as per the company standards.

· Handle complaints / negative comments to the supervisor immediately.

· Manage and update customer database with the status of each customer.

Skills Requirements:

· Fluent in English and Arabic language

· Positive attitude.

· Experience in dealing with customers.

· Great time management skills.

· Good computer skills.

· Good multi-tasking skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
