Call Center Agent - Bilingual (24/7 call center)

Doha, Qatar

About the Role:

Available to start Immediately. The agent should be flexible and willing cover different shifts including overnight shift.

We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, call center experience, and energetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in 24/7 call center to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using the company’s CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a call center is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
