Call Center Agent Cold Calling

About the Role

We are seeking professional and driven Call Center Agent for Cold Calling to join our team in Karachi. The role involves engaging with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and text communication, with a focus on building relationships and generating qualified leads.

Working hrs

• 7 Pm evening to 4 Am mid night Mondy to Friday.
• Pick & Drop available for Female staff from near by radius.
• Training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups with prospective clients
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and text to promote services
• Generate and manage leads in a structured database
• Work towards individual and team performance targets

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Confident, professional, and results-oriented approach
• Prior call center or sales experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, Email)
