Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, bilingual (Arabic-English) Call Center Agent to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a healthcare or clinic environment, strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and a proven ability to promote clinic services to existing and potential patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about clinic services, procedures, doctors, and appointment availability.
  • Promote and upsell clinic services such as health check-up packages, cosmetic procedures, or wellness programs.
  • Respond to patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the clinic’s CRM or scheduling system.
  • Follow up with patients regarding their upcoming appointments, missed visits, or treatment plans.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient privacy regulations (HIPAA or relevant local standards).
  • Document all interactions in the system accurately and timely.
  • Support clinic marketing campaigns by calling targeted patient lists and offering promotions or new services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (nursing, doctors, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction.
  • Handle patient feedback and escalate issues as needed to the supervisor or management.
  • Meet or exceed performance KPIs (call volume, sales targets, appointment booking rates, etc.).
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor or Hiring Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
