Purpose of the Role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking aesthetic treatments.
  • Ensure a professional, warm, and informative experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on aesthetic services, pricing, packages, and promotions.
  • Schedule consultations and procedures, coordinating with doctors and therapists.
  • Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments as needed.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Handle client concerns or complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling client information.
  • Support front desk and clinical teams with client coordination and communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a call center or front desk role, preferably in a clinic, spa, or wellness center.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, appointment scheduling software, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, empathy, discretion, and multitasking abilities.

Working Hours

  • Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays, as per clinic operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
