We specialize in delivering data-driven SEO and Digital Media Marketing strategies that fuel growth for our clients, primarily in the competitive UK and US markets. Role Overview:
We are seeking a team of highly motivated and results-driven female Sales Professionals to engage and expand our client base in the UK and US markets. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, excel in a target-driven environment, and are eager to build a rewarding career in international business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic outbound cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities from potential clients in the UK and US.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SEO and digital marketing services, customizing the pitch to address specific client needs and pain points.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by nurturing prospect relationships through consistent and strategic follow-up.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and successful deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal stages in the company CRM.
  • Utilize sales data and market feedback to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum academic qualification of Matric / O-Level / Intermediate. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with a clear, confident, and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, persuasion, and effective negotiation.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach and a demonstrated drive to achieve goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or the digital marketing industry is highly advantageous.
  • We strongly encourage fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in sales to apply.

  • Location: On-site, Gulberg, Lahore
  • Shift Timings (Monday - Friday):
  • UK Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT
  • US Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
