Role Overview:
We are seeking a team of highly motivated and results-driven female Sales Professionals to engage and expand our client base in the UK and US markets. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, excel in a target-driven environment, and are eager to build a rewarding career in international business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic outbound cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities from potential clients in the UK and US.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SEO and digital marketing services, customizing the pitch to address specific client needs and pain points.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by nurturing prospect relationships through consistent and strategic follow-up.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and successful deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal stages in the company CRM.
- Utilize sales data and market feedback to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum academic qualification of Matric / O-Level / Intermediate. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with a clear, confident, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, persuasion, and effective negotiation.
- A results-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach and a demonstrated drive to achieve goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or the digital marketing industry is highly advantageous.
