Call Center Agent - (German)

Are you fluent in German and want to work from home flexibly?

We are looking for freelance call center representatives to meet the needs of our German-speaking clients.

Your Duties

• Professionally manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Answer questions and process requests.
• Provide remote technical support and follow-up.
• Report technical issues to the appropriate teams.
