Call Center Agent Trainer for SEO & Digital Marketing Campaigns

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Call Center Agents Trainer to lead, coach, and develop our outbound calling team for SEO and Digital Marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and outbound sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor new and existing call center agents on communication, sales techniques, and digital marketing service knowledge.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, mock calls, and performance evaluations to improve agents’ confidence and conversion rates.
• Develop training materials, scripts, and guidelines aligned with company objectives and marketing services.
• Monitor live or recorded calls to ensure quality, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.
• Provide feedback, identify skill gaps, and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure agents are updated on new service offerings and campaign goals.
• Track and report training outcomes, team performance, and overall productivity improvements.
• Support agents in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and quality targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Call Center Trainer, Team Lead, or Senior Agent in outbound sales or digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to motivate and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle diverse trainees effectively.
