Shift: Night Shift (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Weekends Off)

Salary Package
PKR 35,000 – 45,000 + Uncapped Commission

Role Overview
As a Call Center Agent – U.S. Telesales (Truck Dispatch), you will connect with U.S.-based clients, promote truck dispatch services, generate leads, and close deals. This role is ideal for confident communicators who are target-driven and motivated by high incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. clients for truck dispatch services
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Manage follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & listening)
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Previous telesales or call center experience is a plus
