Call Center Agents (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote products/services (if required)
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Active listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed
  • Primary focus on sales roles (call center – USA Market)
  • Establish a long-term, performance-based partnership
