As Call Center Agent, you’ll handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, provide product or service information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
