Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Call Center Sales Agents to promote our home healthcare services and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills and be able to explain healthcare services professionally to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients and insurance-covered beneficiaries daily.
- Introduce and explain the company's healthcare-at-home services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries.
- Convert calls into confirmed appointments and service bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding confirmed appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English,Hindi & Malayalam

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in call center, telesales, customer service, or healthcare marketing.
- Experience dealing with insurance-covered healthcare services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Qatar's healthcare sector is preferred.
