Job Title : Call centre Executive (Call Center – Sales) for International Industry
Location:New sneh Nagar
Salary : 15k-18k inhand
Skills Required : Excellent communication in English, Excel etc

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential doctors/customers to promote company products & services.
• Generate leads, share quotations, and follow up for advance payments.
• Accurately record and process purchase orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors to drive repeat business.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide resolutions to customer queries and escalate unresolved issues when required.
• Continuously upgrade product knowledge through company training programs.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior sales/call center experience preferred.
• Target-oriented with strong relationship management skills.
