Call Center Executive (Female)

eQuranekareem is an online platform providing Quranic and academic education services to students in Pakistan and abroad. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Urdu-speaking female Customer Support Representative to join us in either the morning or night shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls professionally.
• Communicate with clients and provide information about our courses and services.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain customer records and update information accurately.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive experience.
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets

Requirements:

• Female candidate with strong Urdu communication skills.
• Previous customer service or call center experience will be preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet assigned goals.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Candidates living near Satellite Town will be preferred.
• Experience in the education sector will be considered an advantage
