Call Center Job - Night Shift - US Healthcare Insurance Campaigns

Primary Responsibilities

• Inbound Engagement: Handle incoming calls from US based customers with a professional and helpful attitude.
• Smart Qualification: Quickly screen callers using scripted discovery questions to identify their insurance needs.
• Live Transfers: Seamlessly connect pre qualified leads to the closing team through live transfer protocols.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain high standards by strictly adhering to campaign scripts and US federal regulations.
• Performance: Stay productive and energetic during peak hours to maximize your daily transfer count.

Requirements

• Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with a clear and neutral accent.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in US based healthcare or insurance campaigns is preferred, but we welcome fresh talent with good communication skills.
• Shift Commitment: Full availability for the Night Shift (5:45 PM to 4:00 AM).
• Soft Skills: Ability to build instant rapport and handle objections with confidence.
• Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated by performance-based rewards.

What We Offer

• Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 - 70,000.
