Call Center Manager

Overview
This role requires someone who understands how to turn phone calls into booked appointments, manage team performance, and drive measurable results through strong follow-up systems and KPI tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a call center team responsible for booking appointments for the sales department
  • Convert inbound and outbound calls into qualified leads and scheduled consultations
  • Build and enforce follow-up systems to maximize appointment conversion
  • Track and manage daily KPIs including call volume, conversion rate, and appointments set
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are confirmed and attended
  • Monitor call quality and train staff on effective call handling and lead conversion
  • Manage leads and customer data through Salesforce CRM
  • Analyze lead sources and marketing channels to improve performance and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a call center or appointment-setting team
  • Experience in home improvement, remodeling, windows, doors, roofing, solar, or similar industries
  • Strong understanding of lead conversion and appointment setting processes
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to track and manage performance using KPIs and reporting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing inside sales or lead generation teams
  • Experience working in a high-volume inbound lead environment
