About the Role

We’re on the lookout for confident, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team at Leads Expert BPO as Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs). In this role, you’ll engage with potential customers through outbound calls, understand their needs, and offer the best solutions that match them. Perfect for freshers ready to kick-start their career in sales and customer service!

Your Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
• Communicate effectively to identify customer needs and provide quick, accurate information.
• Record customer details and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Upsell or recommend services when suitable.
• Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional attitude on every call.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Excellent listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer skills and data entry knowledge.
