We are expanding our operations and hiring two experienced full-time Call Center & Prequalification Executives who will manage all incoming leads, qualify them efficiently, and schedule appointments for our senior sales experts.

Role Overview

This position serves as the first point of contact for all incoming client inquiries.

You will handle leads from multiple sources, call them promptly, assess their readiness and eligibility, and book appointments with the appropriate Sales Expert.

Your speed, accuracy, and ability to filter quality prospects will have a direct impact on the company’s performance and conversion metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and call all incoming leads immediately upon generation (from portals, ads, or web forms).
  • Conduct structured prequalification calls to identify client intent, budget, financing capability, purchase type, and timeline.
  • Accurately record all client data and call notes into the CRM system.
  • Book and confirm appointments with the appropriate Sales Expert.
  • Manage follow-up calls and ensure no lead remains unattended.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the sales team regarding lead quality and performance.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports summarizing call volume, lead status, and conversion ratios.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate call center, prequalification, or inside sales within the Dubai market.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of real estate prequalification criteria, including off-plan vs ready, cash vs mortgage, investor vs end-user profiles.
  • Confident using CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and results-oriented.
  • Strong phone presence and professional demeanor.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • Performance Bonus: Based on number of qualified appointments that convert.
  • Career Growth: Potential promotion to Sales Expert within 12 months based on performance.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, 6 days per week
  • 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • On-site at Sebastian & Wölf Headquarters—Dubai
