Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive with a passion for client satisfaction and a background in the fast-paced business setup sector? We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team in the UAE and be the primary point of contact for our valued business setup clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their business setup journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry through to successful company registration and beyond.
- Query Resolution: Efficiently and accurately handle client inquiries via phone, whatsapp, email, and in-person meetings regarding visa processes, legal documentation, licensing requirements, economic department regulations, and other aspects of business setup in the UAE.
- Documentation & Compliance: Guide clients on the necessary documents required for company formation, trade license applications, and visa processing, ensuring all submissions are accurate and compliant with UAE government authorities (DED, ICP, GDRFA).
- Process Coordination: Liaise proactively with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Legal) and external government agencies to track the progress of client applications and resolve any bottlenecks promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all client interactions, case statuses, and documentation in the CRM system.
- Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services (e.g., bank account opening, virtual office solutions, PRO services) to existing clients.
- Feedback & Improvement: Collect client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or client handling role, preferably within the business setup, PRO services, or corporate services industry in the UAE.
- Mandatory Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English and Hindi is essential for communicating with our diverse client base.
- Language (Plus): Fluency in Gujarati is a significant advantage.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of the basic procedures for company formation (Free Zone and Mainland) in the UAE, including trade licenses, visa processes, and government requirements is a plus.xcel, Outlook).

Education
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
