Legal and Customer Service Executive
Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Executive serves as the first point of contact for residents, owners, and visitors of the community managed by the company. This role combines administrative efficiency with strong interpersonal skills to ensure smooth communication, prompt response to queries, and effective support to the management team.
English fluency is mandatory, Arabic proficiency and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, calls, and email inquiries.
- Handle owner and resident concerns with empathy, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Maintain updated records of complaints, requests, and feedback in the CRM or ERP system.
- Support communication campaigns — circulars, notices, announcements, and meeting invitations.
- Liaise with facilities and finance teams for follow-up on service requests and payments.
Administrative & Reception Duties
- Manage front desk operations including call handling, visitor log, and courier management.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence as required by management.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and community events.
- Assist with documentation for budgeting, contracts, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure the reception and office area maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Owners Association Support
- Assist in preparing documentation for RERA submissions, budgets, and AGM/OC meetings.
- Coordinate with community managers for collection and organization of owner data.
- Support vendor coordination, quotation comparison, and filing of official documents.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government processes, permits, legal documentation, and property management laws.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- UAE Driving License (Required) for necessary visits to authorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal support, PRO services, or property management.
- Certification in property management or legal assistant certification is a plus.
