Leading And Managing a team of Sales Agents .

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to oversee and inspire a team of 10 high-performing sales agents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for coaching and development. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, maintaining client satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management & Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10 real estate sales agents.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings.
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for agents.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet team targets.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Support agents in closing deals and overcoming client objections.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track individual and team performance metrics.
  • Provide feedback and actionable insights to improve results.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Handle escalated client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Training & Development
  • Organize training sessions on sales techniques, market updates, and compliance.
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Operational Oversight
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support sales efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions.
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of local property market and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
