Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential car sellers.
• Explain the car-selling process and address customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle inspections at company locations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Coordinate with inspection teams and pricing analysts.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
