Call Center Representative

Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist US-based clients.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our digital marketing services.
  • Maintain professional communication and build positive client relationships.
  • Record and update customer details in the system efficiently.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets and contribute to team performance.
  • Handle customer concerns with patience and resolve queries effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role (US campaign preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
