Remote Sales/Call Center Agent (Work from Home)

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telesales representatives to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound calls and driving sales. If you enjoy building relationships and have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Training:

All new hires will participate in a mandatory two-week training program conducted remotely. During this time, you’ll learn about our sales strategies and processes, and we will assess your skills in line with our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate and develop sales relationships with potential clients through outbound calls.

- Build rapport and trust with clients to drive successful sales.

- Meet and strive to exceed sales targets.

- Convert challenging leads into sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in a Telesales or Call Center role, or another sales-related position.

- A strong focus on achieving results in a commission-driven environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Capable of multitasking, solving problems, and organizing information efficiently.

- Ability to learn and master product knowledge and sales techniques.

- A professional demeanor and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

- Willingness to work towards and meet set targets.

Compensation:

- $16 per hour, plus commission and performance-based bonuses.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday (5 days a week), from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
